Refund & Returns Policy

At Scrubb Club, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Because we operate via drop shipping, our returns process may differ slightly from traditional retailers. Please read carefully before placing an order.

 

1. Change of Mind

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

  • Please ensure you carefully review product details before purchasing.

 

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We will happily replace or refund your order if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective, or

  • You received the wrong item.

To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Contact us at [Insert Email Address] within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

 

3. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (e.g., teethers, toothbrushes, oral care items) cannot be returned once opened.

 

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please contact your bank/credit card company first. If the issue persists, contact us directly.

 

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations, as items may already be processing with our suppliers.
