At Scrubb Club, we’re committed to getting your orders to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. As a drop shipping business, our products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers to you. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

 

1. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

 

2. Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the supplier’s warehouse. Estimated timeframes:

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days

  • United States & Canada: 7–20 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–20 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–25 business days

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on product weight, supplier location, and delivery destination.

  • Occasionally, we offer promotions such as free shipping. These will be clearly displayed at checkout.

 

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Many of our suppliers provide tracking numbers. If tracking is available, you will receive details in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Please allow a few days for the tracking information to update after dispatch.

 

5. International Shipping & Customs

  • We ship worldwide.

  • Some international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes in your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price.

  • Scrubb Club is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

 

6. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot refund or reship orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
